WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT GIFT CARD AMOUNTS THAT I CAN PURCHASE?

If you are stuck for ideas for a friend's present, why not get them a Mossimo Gift Card? That way they can go online and choose whatever they like with the voucher that you gave them!

There are a few different price options for you to choose from: $30, $50 and $100 gift cards. Once you purchase the card it sends an email to the gift recipient stating that you have bought them a voucher and it lists their unique Voucher Number, which they then use to make the purchase online. HOW DO I GET IN CONTACT WITH MOSSIMO?

In the first instance you should send us an email at info@mossimo.com.au or by going to the Contact Us page. Otherwise you can call us on 1800 132 780 where you can speak to one of the Mossimo Customer Service team and we'll answer your questions on the spot!

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS?

For a limited time only, Mossimo is pleased to offer free Standard Shipping within Australia.

Our Standard Shipping can take 3 -10 days depending on where you live in Australia.

We also offer an Express Post service for $12 if you require prompt delivery. However, keep in mind that Express Post can still take 3-5 days depending on your location in Australia.

Make sure that you place your order as a registered member so that you can take advantage of our Australia Post tracking system to see where your order is at any stage! Please note that if you check out as a Guest you are unable to track your order online.

We are pleased to be able to offer Free Returns if your product is faulty or if you were shipped the wrong product. Simply call our friendly Customer Service team on who will take you through our returns process!

Returns will be charged at $8 for change of mind exchanges requiring a different size or style.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE AT A MOSSIMO STORE?

Yes, you can return a Mossimo Online purchase at a Mossimo Store. For a full list of stores go to store locator. We have stores located in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth, with our Mossimo network expanding rapidly over the next 12 months!

Refunds, Exchanges & Returns

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, but if items are returned within 10 days of purchase we will offer an exchange or a store credit providing the following conditions are met:

  • Items returned to the store with the original receipt within 10 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in original condition, as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached.
  • Garments must not have been worn.
  • Full details provided including name, address and contact details to maintain the integrity of the transaction.

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description.
  • Doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

Please keep a copy of your original receipt for proof of purchase.

Steps to return your product:

  1. Call 1800 132 780 and speak to our friendly Customer Service Crew!
  2. Advise them that you wish to return your product and state your reason for return (Incorrect Size, Faulty Goods or simply not satisfied).
  3. In order for us to accept your return you must return the items within 10 days of purchase and make sure that your Mossimo product is in original condition, in the packaging with the labels attached and not worn (unless of course you are returning because they are faulty). If the products are returned to us worn or not in their original packaging we will send them back to you without a refund.
  4. Be ready with your Order Number which can be found on your 'Order Confirmation Email' or on your 'Packing Slip' that was sent with the goods. The Order Number has nine digits and sits to the left of the Order Date on the Order Confirmation Email.
  5. Then advise your full contact details as well as your original payment method so that we can validate the order and process the return.
  6. If you are returning because you have the wrong size - you will be issued an online store credit in your account and you simply go in and purchase the correct size.
  7. If you are returning because the product is faulty then you can be issued a store credit to purchase another item or get a full refund on your original payment method if the goods are deemed faulty by our Quality Control team.
  8. We are not required to refund on change of mind, but we will offer an exchange or store credit.
  9. If you choose to get a refund then you can expect to see the refund back on your statement within two weeks of us receiving your goods.
  10. How do you send your Mossimo product back to us for a return? Once you've spoken with our Customer Service team and you have your RA number (Returns Authorisation), please fill out the Returns Form which was included with your order and affix the Reply Paid sticker to your parcel and post in an Australia Post red mailbox. This is of course at no cost to you! Please remember to write your RA number on the outside of your parcel!

Return to Store

  • If you live in Melbourne, Sydney or Perth, take your product and proof of purchase to a Mossimo Store for a credit note or refund.
  • Regional areas and areas without a Mossimo store – call Customer Service and use Reply Paid mail for your exchange/return.

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY MOSSIMO PRODUCT?

Denim care

  • Always turn your jeans inside-out before washing them or you might get unwanted crinkles from the machine.
  • Cold wash your Mossimo jeans separately.
  • Use a mild detergent in a cold wash separately. Don't pour the detergent directly onto the denim - it's best to dissolve it first.
  • Never use bleach unless you want to revive the acid wash look!
  • Never soak your jeans because it will cause the indigo dye to run. This will make your jeans fade faster than they should.
  • Remove them from the wash and turn them right side out. Shake them out flat and smooth them out with your hands to get rid of unwanted creases.
  • Hang them in the shade to dry so the sun doesn't fade them.
  • Don't tumble dry. They'll shrink by at least by one size.
  • If you prefer that lived-in look don't iron them. Like to have them looking sharp and crisp? Use plenty of steam when ironing.

Leather care

  • Hang your Mossimo leather jacket (with all the buttons and zips done up) on a thick coat hanger to keep its shape when not in use.
  • Store out of direct light to avoid fading, keep the jacket dry, give it space to breathe and don't store it folded or inside plastic bags (or the leather will sweat!).
  • Any water, dust or dirt that comes into contact with your jacket should be wiped off with a dry cloth as soon as possible. If the jacket becomes really dirty, it can be cleaned by a specialist leather dry cleaner.
  • If your jacket becomes very wet, dry it at room temperature. Don't use heaters or fans as your jacket could dry out and start cracking. When almost dry, use a leather conditioner to keep it flexible. Make sure to care for your leather jacket well when it gets wet, because leather can be irreparably damaged by moisture and mildew.

We have had a lot of interest from our friends overseas around where they can buy Mossimo product - don't fret, we've heard you and are working towards being able to ship Internationally in the future. We don't do it yet but watch this space as we'll be sure to let you know when we do!
